Dear friends and colleagues,

First of all thank you for participating in ECC Rome, especially for the generosity you have shown towards WFP that enabled us to raise funds for the charitable organization (the sum exceeded the 4 thousand euros – We will get shortly the details from WFP).

In these days we are completing the agrements with the bus company, the hotels, and the welcome and farwell parties organizing company.

As the captains of all teams had been previously fully informed, being the ECC Rome located in the high-season., the contract drawn up with the companies involved in the organization of the event (hotels, busses, catering, parties) makes no provision for  being reimbursed for cancellations made after 2011 March the 1^st.

It’s important for us to let you know that we are working at it in order to come to the best conclusion, but the “negotiation” will certainly last at least until the end of this year; at present we cannot guarantee anything.

Finally, the official web site is being updated and shortly all the results and pictures will be available on it to make us  share the memories of  “our”  ECC.
