On June 20th a delegation of us will be at the airport waiting for all of you!! We will presumably wear a maroon t-shirt. One or two of us will be inside, within the custom line, trying to collect and help you in case of lost luggage. Some others will be outside, possibly just out of the custom. Once out, you will be taken to the meeting point inside the T3 (TERMINAL 3) Arrivals at the WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME desk (between the lost & found desk and the bookshop). That will be the place where all of you have to proceed to, in case you get lost or don’t find anyone of us.
Everyone will be given a color bracelet -according to the hotel- and will be finally transferred to the hotel or, in case of late arrival, directly to the Welcome Party.
